You
are kindly requested to read carefully
the following terms and conditions before
proceeding with any booking request.
Receiving your booking request means
simultaneous acceptance of all following
mentioned terms.
Booking procedures Customers may proceed with booking request
through our web site or even by fax.
Bookings are subject to availability
at the time of request. All requests
will be confirmed (if not rejected)
within 24hours time, with an option
date for definite confirmation of your
request. Unless we receive a reply message
with your confirmation by the option
date the booking will be considered
as not valid. Payment Conditions A full settlement of the total amount
is required at least 7 days prior to
customer's arrival either by bank transfer
(free of any banking expenses) to our
account or by mailing a bank check drawn
on our agency name. In alternative,
if reservation takes place within the
time limit of 7 days, the total amount
to be due can be charged on your credit
card with an extra charge of a Service
Fee. Special payment agreements for
long term cooperators.
Cancellations If cancellation occurs more than 7 days
prior to customer's arrival no other
charge but a fee of Euro 5 per file
will be applied for general expenses.
If cancellation is made within 7 days
of customer's arrival the levied cancellation
fee will be equal to the value of any
service arranged for the first day of
the client's stay.
Currency All prices are in EURO.
Rates All rates include federal and municipal
taxes in Greece. Prices are valid for
year 2002 and are subject to change
in case any reason may cause an increase.
Liability Palandjian World Ltd acts only as an
agent for hotels, cruise lines, car
rental companies and all other contractors
and will not in any way be held responsible
for losses, damages, injuries or accidental
delays caused or arising from circumstances
beyond its control. Palandjian World
Ltd is only responsible for any action
or omission of its personnel. In case
of any legal dispute this will be subject
to Greek Law.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that travelers
are adequately and fully insured for
illness, injury, death, loss of baggage
and personal items, cancellations etc.
Claims Any problems that may occur during the
passenger's stay must be reported immediately
to Palandjian World Ltd., in order to
be arranged where it is possible. Incidents
that will not be brought to our knowledge
during client's stay, will not have
the opportunity to be given the proper
attention and action, and certainly
will not be considered seriously if
reported after client's departure.
